Our Philosophy has always been that work can and should be fun. If you don't enjoy what you do than you should probably find another line of work. We employ like minded individuals. People who came to this industry looking to express themselves creatively and have successful shows in the process.

TNS is the culmination of decades of working in the entertainment industry. What started as working backstage for a grade has endured to become a life long dedication to the ever changing landscape that is our industry. We have been blessed to work with talented people who love their craft, with incredible artists who give their all to the crowd, and we have been rained on... a lot!
